、防水工程部署安排:

工程管理机构及岗位职责

1、项目经理:负责工程全面的管理,劳务合同的签订、工期总目标的要求等;

2、技术负责人:编制施工工艺、技术要求、质量标准、安全要求、工程详细进度计划,过程抽查及成品检查;

3、质检员:严格按照质量标准进行过程抽查及完成后质量验收;

4、安全员:按照安全技术操作规程对劳务人员进行安全技术交底,做好班前安全教育,防护用品的利用,外墙脚手架及临边防护的设置。过程中随时进行检查,发现隐患立即整改。发现操作工人违规作业立即停工处理,坚决杜绝安全事故的发生;

5、施工员:严格按照施工工艺及技术要求、质量标准进行施工,对劳务班组进行技术质量标准交底,组织技术员劳务班组长进行质量检查验收。控制材料用量及进度情况;

6、技术员:严格按照设计图纸要求进行放线做好标高尺寸控制线的放样,对过程工序进行控制,配合施工员做好质量验收工作;

三、防水维修方案:

防水施工工艺: 

准备工具→组织工人空调移机完成搭设脚手架清理原防水堆积物清理基层边框铁件拆除基层处理涂刷聚氨酯防水涂料分遍涂刷涂料干燥后3cm保护层→检查验收

防水施工的操作步骤:

具体的施工步骤如下:

1、设置警戒带安排劳动力准备施工器具,组织工人施工; 

2、待空调机移机完成后进行防水维修的施工;

3、搭设移动脚手架,根据阳台高度搭设移动脚手架,确保脚手架能够很好的对接施工平台;

4、拆除原防水层的堆积物,拆除边框的铁件;

5、待施工表面基层处理,处理后基层表面应坚实具有一定的强度,清洁干净,表面无浮土、砂粒等污物,表面应平整、光滑、无松动,要求抹平压光,对于残留的砂浆或突起物应以铲刀削平。阴阳角用水泥砂浆做成倒圆角,阴角直径5cm左右,阳角直径1cm左右;

6、涂布第一道聚氨酯涂膜防水材料,可用橡皮板刷均匀涂刷,力求厚薄一致,平面或立面施工后,在防水层未固化前不宜上人踩踏,涂抹施工过程中应留出退路,可以分区分片用后退法涂刷施工;

7、涂布第二道涂膜第一道涂膜固化后即可在其上均匀涂刷第二道涂膜,其施工方法与第一道相同,但涂刷方向应与第一道的涂刷方向垂直。涂布每一道涂膜与上一道相隔的时间以上一道涂膜的固化程度确定,一般不小于4h(以手感不粘);

8、涂布第三道涂膜,在第二道涂膜固化后可在其上均匀涂刷第三道涂膜,其涂刷方向与第二道的涂刷方向垂直,施工完成后检测其厚度,不到达厚度再进行下一遍涂料的施工,直至施工达到设计要求厚度;

9、涂料施工完成后,采用特种专用保护层砂浆做保护层,防止聚氨酯防水涂料因日晒等因素老化失效,延长涂料使用寿命。
